I purchased 600 uc worth rs. 799 on 2nd august 2019 through sbi internet banking. But it showed failed to purchase. My account got debited with the amount of rs. 799 to times of money limited.
I didn't receive my uc and i didnreceive the refund.

I bought uc in pubg mobile so i can buy new royale pass and when i purchased uc through the net banking my money got deducted from the account and i didn't get uc in mu pubg mobile.
The pubg mobile shop shows purchase failed but my money got deducted from my bank account.
Then i again purchased then the uc come but my first transaction is failed of 799rs and it gets deducted from my account.....

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 21 July'19 via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my Axis Bank account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

I have made an online payment in pubg using icici bank. After the amount was deducted, there was no uc provided. The transaction was for an amount of 420 and the name it was sent to was times of money as per my email. Please refund my money. I tried to get the pubg mobile elite royal pass subscription by paying an amount of rs 799/- through my debit card to google play services. The amount got deducted successfully from the bank but in app it told me purchase error. Now when i go back to my pubg mobile i did not got any uc subscription to enjoy the benefits of elite pass but the amount already got deducted....
