[Resolved]  Rana Cabs — Refund money

I rented a car from rana cabs on[protected]. car cluth is dnot working with something internal damage in just one hour..when we talked to owner he said that he is busy with personal matters n give me number of another person i said to call him.i called that person and told about whats happend, said for towing truck for car, we paid later for your payments.after we reached rana cabs, they denied to pay towing truck owner, and said to me paid first to him, we refund you money later after all paper work.i paid 5000 towing truck owner.next morning, they didnot pick my phone, when i went there, they refused to give me towing truck money which i given to them. even guy is very rude to me.after some discussion they aggreed to repay me 8000 including my security deposit..they said we will transfer after 15 days, but i didnot get any money till this date..when i called always said sir our server is down or we will pay you next day. its still 4 days they just say next day evening...how many days you want...plz refund..
