I am ASHISH D.RATHOD and i purchased a MP3 player on 5 july from vashi new mumbai.It was a YES company MP3 PLAYER model (YMP-18) and it had 1 year warrenty, but it was not working properly .And within 1 month i gave that MP3 for repairing on 15/08/2008. I had purchased a Sony Home Theatre from Reliance Digital loacted at Ambi Mall, Gurgaon on 17.08.08 against payment vide credit card.

Delivery was promised on 20.08.08.

Till date the product has not been delivered despite numerous phone calls to the store.

No information is forthcoming on product delivery nor the call is put across to somebody responsible.

This is in connection with the membershiio which I have taken with Reliance Big Flix, they intitially collected an amount of Rs. 400 as refunadable amount and promised to return the same with out any delay if I don't want to continue with the membership.
