Sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ — dispatch of the dl and psv badge is pending since 2 months

I applied for LMV in RTO on oct month. my DL is approved and can able to see that online but the DL is still not delivered to home.

In sarathi it is still showing DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE is pending since 2 months.
