I was trying to apply LL through the portal (https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/). When I tried to upload the documents. It's not allowing me to upload. Though it is asking for application number and DOB in the first screen. Then it fetches the information But when I press Ok button it provides null values and doesn't allow to upload the documents where I'm stuck.
Also I tried to verify the available slots. The web page is not working properly.
I have never experienced such a worst online application ever.
If the web portal is behave like this how can one ensure to apply the DL online ?
Request you to please focus on this.
