Delsy in msking refund of a cancelled ticket UL/RR/140167.

Address:Rosmead Towers 102, Rosmead Place, Apt 35

I made a request for refund of my wife;s Colombo-SYD-CMB Business Class ticket on 07APE22 which was duly acknowledged. Please see attached email correspondence. Until today, I have not received the refund i.e. after 50 days. Too emails I sent in this regard remain unanswered. As a result of this delay on your part my account remains overdrawn.

Please investigate this matter and arrange the refund of the required sum to my credit...

Regarding baggage

Me and my daughter travelled from DMM to TRV on 25/5/2022.
One day Before i chat with the srilankan customer care and confirmed that 43 inch tv i can add in my baggage.
I have the screen shot of the chat.
While check in they didn't allow me to carry my TV,

Refund not proper cancelled ticket 6VFPLB and 5TLH6I

Refund still not processed even after agreed

Still so many reminders for getting the refund ( as already by the airlines after launching complaint), only get reply they checking the finance department but the final status as it is. I not received any refund till now
Please help me to get my refund back, since communication the airlines it is almost getting 2 months...

After launching complaint in the consumer complaints, quick decision was taken by the srilankan airlines to refund my amount as per the attached mail from Srilankan airlines but more than month passed, there s no credit in my account and after so many reminders there is no reply too.

My flight was delayed so bad

We had booked for Srilanka airways to Bangkok, Departure from Bahrain on11feb, 2022
Departure time is 21.30
We are 3 passengers me and mug kids 15 and 13 years old.
When we are checked in they said fight will delay for tomorrow but not know exactly time and they took us to hotel for 1 night(Not allow to get back home)

Refunds pending and no feedback since almost one month

Reservation No: ‎5NVVJT Refund requets - UL/RR/135756 & UL/RR/135757

I had to cancel my flight tickets (refundable) due to Covid from Paris - Colombo on the 12th of Jan 2022. The tickets were purchased via srilankan airlines website and the refund requests were already done on the 12th.

Since then, no news from Sri Lankan airlines, no reply to 6-7 e-mails sent to [protected]@srilankan.com and over the phone...

1. I booked my ticket for Jan 6, 2022 : Jakarta - Colombo / Colombo - Mumbai

Flight delay by 6 hours

Dear Madam/ Sir
I took a flight from New Delhi to Paris CDG on Dec 21, with a layover at Colombo airport.
I have attached my ticket for your reference.
My flight was delayed by 6 hours.
I had to stay at CMB airport for 6 hours without food, without water, and without a place to rest for an entire night (from 22h25 to 6 am). I checked every lounge at the airport and nobody would accept my bank card.

Bubble agreement confusion and ticket concerned

Boarding counter in qatar

I reached in Hamad International Airport on[protected]for taking the sri lanakan airline flight and was in counter 9. We were told to fall in line till 7.15pm and the counters was open at 7.15pm. Refund not received since 1.5 Year

It was been 1.5 years since the travel was cancelled by the airline due to COVID 19 travel restriction.
