Rash and reckless driving on bangalore road

On 6-5-2021, Vehicle number ka01Af7511 was heavily runshing towards the busy road and reckless driving on reserve bank of inda road in bangalore, i just stopped and requested not to be reckless but the driver abused me very badly and filthy languague and said nobody can touch him or bother him .
So i request not entertain these fellow and down your company image ....

Delayed arrival by 2 hours

Soupposed to arrive by 10 am... We were delayed by two hours... I guess they have changed the route for their parcel delivery work... Worst experience with my two kids...

Regarding bus condition

Bus from Bangalore to gulbarga departure time was 6:30 pm.. but the bus condition is poor and driver has stopped the bus right in yeshwantpur since from 2 hours(and may be don't know till when they solve the problem).. when asked for the reason he said some dynamo problem..you people have already delayed alot.. very poor service...

Luggage charges

I had booked ticket for travel to Sindhanur from Bangalore. While boarding the bus in Yeshwanthpur, the bus operator asked to me to pay Rs 160 as luggage charges, for my luggage bags having nothing but my dress and other books. 160 is very very high above nominal charges. I wasn't even aware of luggage charges while booking. The way he communicated was also too harsh. He threatened that bus would move without me, if I don't pay charges. The...

Break for recess

SRS bus from gulbarga to bangalore takes exact 12hrs no matter what, while it can reach bangalore in 10hrs.
Over that, the place at which the driver stopped for dinner was worst than a local bar. First thing, the place was so crowded that the counter was not visible.
Second, though they had 2washrooms for female, they had locked one. And over 10buses had stopped there for donner. Women had to wait for 20minutes on line to use...

Charging extra amount after Bill

The person By Name Mallikarjun and pujari mobile number mentioned here manager in Kalaburagi SRS TRAVELS .jewargi road. are charging extra amount after making the final Bill .excliding Hamali.they charge amount of 1650 for 15 boxes and took 2 day days to give me Bill and when i ask the Serverals times they watsapp me only of of 1350 . and i got angry and told i gove u r complaint thet are trying me to return the amount..by google pay n phone...

SRS travels waste of money

A journey from Udupi to Mumbai !!
Boarding time of my bus was at 2pm, but the bus arrive at 3.10pm which was almost more then 1 hr delay..
Bus stop at 5.0pm for tea after that also plenty of time bus has been taking halt again and again widout any reason.
Bus shown in the picture was awesome so have booked this bus, but it arrive the worst ever front name.of the bus was dull not visible, charging point not working, staff...

Bus no ka51aa692 mumbai to hubli, travel time shown is 10 15 pm to 6 30 and bus not reached hubli even its already 10 am now.
Too many stops and taking passengers in between . No time management. What is the actual timing of the bus. All the passengers fed of this worst journey...

Refund compensation

Dear sir,

As I booked a ticket for hubli two days earlier before departure date. And on departure date for my surprise got call saying bus has been cancelled. They didn't offer same seat which I booked initial and I'm very unsatisfied with the way they did. I need compensation for the seat change & delay in arrival by giving false reasons.

Booking not done against the first attempt of booking and money deducted. Booking completed in second attempt and money deducted once again.

Down i cancelled my ticket on your website but instead of cancellation coupon was given. I have not asked for coupon.

refund not received for ticket cancellation due to bus breakdown on 21-03-2020

16th mar 2020 from 8.45 pm to 9.45pm no one is there wadiwala (Bangalore) srs office. If i ask some query on this bus ticket checker he is pointing driver to answer but driver say in motor field will not say any approximate time to reach the destination. It may reach tomorrow evening also, i can't say any time to reach the destination. If needed ask office....

complaint regarding driver behaviour

Dear sir/madam,

It is very sad to inform you that your srs bus (Py 01 cm4651) driver was very arrogant and very harsh.
They are rudely arguing with us yesterday while boarding at madiwala.
We have requested to put our luggage in dicky but they refused immediately and was abusive and using slangs.

I would have stopped him there itself and took an action in legal way but i didn't want to trouble...

Worst customer service, i reached 5 45 pm itself in egmore, the executive dint answer my questions properly the are saying the cab is coming in 10 mins for merwly 2 and a half hours,,, otherwise we would have had our dinner,, see i am accompanying my mom who is a sick patient the cab came at 7 15 pm and the picked us, i ordered a food in swiggy, they reached the metro head office 755 pm i asked the driver to wait few mins because the deivery...
