I have a Saving Bank account in SBM Siddaganga Extention Br Tumkur.recently i have registered my account to e-banking service i.e online banking.once i have successfully login my a/c, but after few days when i login to personal banking it shows message like ur user name & password is invalid. please help me, i am in need of this service.So please do necessary action rregarding this matter as soon as possible...

New USERID and PASSWORD from SBM is NOT working from last 2 months

Hi all,

I have a savings account with SBM in MAthikere, Mangaore branch from long time. But recently i applied for internet banking credentioals. I got the credentials in the same day, i shocked ti get the credentials in the same day as they will not give the same in a single day. I thought that SBM improves their serveces to customers.

I tried to login with the credentials given by the manager and shocked...

ATM withdrawl-cash not received but account debited

Dear Sir,
I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.20, 000 twice from SBI ATM located at RBI Layout, J.P.Nagar 7 th phase, Bangalore-78, on 16/02/2009 around 9.30 pm. I did't receive the cash and I saw a message on the screen "Request Processing timed Out". But surprisingly an amount of Rs. 40, 000 is debited from my account. Please help me to get back my amount immediately.
My account is in SBM, Puttenahalli Branch,...

negligence of the bank staff

respected sir/madam,
i have an account of state bank of mysore in bhadravathi, shimoga district, karanataka for the past six or seven years..and now due to my father's retirement we've shifted to mysore.to avoid inconvenience i had applied for account transfer to mysore, kuvempunagar branch.this was done by the bank staff in bhadravathi but the staff in mysore, kuvempunagar branch is asking for documents for adress proof...

Fraud in ATM

i did transaction to withdraw 20k but
i got 38 500Rs notes and 2 10Rs notes,
so the amount i got was 19, 020 Rs. but the statement showed
20, 000 as Withdrawal,

Please credit my other money to my account,
i used HSBC visa card to withdraw...

Cheating from the Manager SBM NGEF Branch Bangalore

Last year we availed a home loan for 15 years from SBI, The branch manager, Mr. Joseph, forced us to take that at 'fixed rate of interest' saying there is an option of one-time switch over to floating rate during the term. Trouble in ATM usage

I am having an SBI savings account No: [protected], On 0/10/07 at 17:44 i tried to withdraw Money with my ATM card from an SBM ATM in Bangalore(ATM ID :S1AN[protected] and it gave me a reciept like "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS"(TXN NO:3064) , then i went to another one SBI ATM and wthdrawed some money and took Mini Statment then for my surprise it was showing like i have withdrawn money from that SBM ATM, My account got debited by Rs.2100...
