I have purchased 10 mbps unlimited plan by paying advance for 6 months. At the time of demo executive show me speed which is around 9.7 mbps. After two days of connection i am facing slow speed which is around 0.97 mbps not even able to load web pages. This happens randomly it works fine for some time but most of time it was pathetic to use. After multiple complaints issue has not resolved completely also there is no way you can communicate tikona anyway.
1. Customer care service is not operational (On the name of corona)
2. Technical support care only deal in automated calls. (Only recorded messages)
3. Not able to register on forum due to activation code not receiving on my mail. (Raised complaint to admin but no reply received)
4. Email service of customer care says register on app
5. When registering on app it says "issue resolved" even there is no resolution provided. Also they fools saying "due to multiple connections and updates are running your connection is slow" even you test on single device by connecting lan with no updates running on background.
They know that they have pathetic service so they kept one way communication so customer can't ask query to them.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
