A complaint was lodged to the Manager, United bank of India, Serampore Branch, Hooghly, west Bengal for Non functioning of ATM CARD on 25th August, 2008. It was reported that whenever I want to use the card it reports “your card has been retained for your protection” .

This is to inform you that Indian Overseas Bank and Dena bank are not responding to cash withdrawal from last 9months by atm issued by United Bank of India Chinsurah branch though the above two banks are failed under the Cash tree atm network.
