Vijaya Bank — money deduction

Dear sir/madam
I buy a product online so i make payment by internet banking. But the problem is that when i done all process of my payment. At last bank send me a message 800 rupees deducted from my account but the problem is product site says your transaction is failed. So sir or maam please deducted money send back to my vijaya bank account. Thanks
