I have raised a order Order ID: #563481on 4th Mar-21 & received confirmation your order will be delivered within 3 days but still my order not received & while call to customer service rudely talking to customer & not giving proper information about order.

so requesting you pls refund my money asap & no need your order.

I had placed an order on March 7th, afternoon with you.
The order status is still shown as processing even though it is a completely prepaid order.

Can you kindly confirm by when it will be shipped.

When I reached out to customer support they asked me to check in the app, to which my order is still not confirmed and status is shown as processing.

it has been over 15 days, and my orders shows "processing" from the day one.. if i call the support center the IVR says i'll get a call back and call disconnects, and i never got any call till now.
