i would like to notice you that after observing faults in my voltas ac, i was called to nearest authorised servece centre i.E manokamna enterprises, motihari (east champaran, bihar, pin-845401), vide gst no. 10crgpk9131f1z5.

One person from manokamna enterprises came to me as on 7th july 2023 and noticed some issues. He opened up the ac machine and left the machine as it is.

After that...

A new 1.5 T Voltas air conditioner delivered on 24th May 2023 through Amazon has developed some problems and it has been switched off. A request for rectification of the defect was raised on 29th July 23 vide reference number [protected] which is still unattended in spite of a lot off persuations at various levels. I am feeling helpless....

Water leakage problem from front side.Purchased in may 2022.
Water leakage after installation.Now facing same problem again.
Now customer support is asking for visiting charges.
I complained after installation but nobody listen to me....

Dear sir, I have purchased a Voltas split ac on 2nd June 2022 but same was replaced on 24rth August 2022 due to insufficient cooling problem. The new machine is also giving same problem. I have contacted customer care but my problem was not resolved. Service centre officials are not picking up my phone calls. The customer care officials only giving false assurance to solve my problems earliest. Kindly solve the issue.

My voltas inverter ac is getting restarted automatically after showing PC-04 error and day by day cooling is getting less. I have been facing this problem for more than 1 Month.
I have lodged complaint with voltas customer care on 31.05.2023 (Req No: [protected]). On 02.06.2023 one service guy visited and informed me that some parts need to be replaced and left.
As problem was not resolved, on 22.06.2023, I escalated the service...

I have purchased that cooler on 13 May and in under 20 days the water motor of cooler is damaged. I complained about that and the problem was not solved. I am not happy from the service of voltas because the water motor is damaged from last one month. It' s the problem in new cooler and also not solved in a month. Please, don't do that if you can't repair please say no....

I bought an AC 2month earlier. In just 2 month it started a problem of water leakage (indoor unit). I registered a complaint regarding same. With request no. [protected]. Technician visited but just after leaving (within 5min) it again started with same problem I reponed the case but after that no technician visited the directly closed the case without resolving the problem. Gas was refilled by the company agent and he told that after service warranty is of 6 months and when I raised a call because AC is not cooling. Now the agent came Atif he said we again have to pay 500 as service charge.

Totally fraud your company is doing....

I bought One no. 1.4T Voltas split A/C through online Amazon in the month of May 2023 for my parents who are senior citizens. The A/C has failed within 2 weeks and after lodging the complaint till date the A/C has not been repaired.
