We have directly booked a floor in 2012 in Wave City Nh-24, Ghaziabad.
After booking they have allotted a unit themselves in Sector-7, which was not even started at that time...they said that we have availability there only.
Demands have been raised and we had taken loan to pay all those demands. Now its almost five years and the sector is undeveloped, structure is standing alone in a no-mans land.
We are following them for concrete updates but whenever asked for they give the date of possession of another year.
We are paying bank loan EMi with heavy interests...NOW we are not able to expenses of EMI & RENT together.
We need a solution:
- Either Refund/Buyback with interest.
- Relocate our floor with another floor(with similar unit choice) in another sector which is ready to live in. Was this information helpful? |
