I am Rabinarayan tripathy Director of Basulei security services Pvt ltd, writing a complaint regarding the service issues.
With Ref to the initial discussion for our requirements for website design and promotion services for our sister company M/s Britepath staffing services a newly formed Recruitment agency, your executive gave us a proposal and provide a website design sample link to choose any out of it. Out of the sample website we chose Verai Placement service design.
After that, Kanika mam gave us a Proposal costing (Rs.15000 for 3 year Discounted Rs15000/ for 3 year or 12000/- for 2 year plan.)
After having discussion/ negotiation we Paid RS.11800 (Rs10000+1800GST).
After receipt of our payment Kanika Mam told us that we have been appointed a dedicated Manager to handle all Issue with respect to our queries i.e. Mr Ayan.
Mr Ayan started working on this and after few days He demanded some legal Identity proof documents in the name of registration in Google for promoting Britepath on the search engine. We then submitted all the required documents.
After submission of the same Mr Ayan demanded Rs24600/-
It was quite a shock to me. He asked for more Rs24600/Including GST) must be paid otherwise our website won’t be active. Immediately we discussed this issue with Kanika Mam and finalized with no charges Occur in the future with keeping the 11800/- all-inclusive amount. As, If your representative had told me that the total cost would be about Rs.40000/ initially, I wouldn’t have opted for the services as this amount is way out of our budget.
But after many argument’s related to the amount I had to take a loan from my credit card and had to pay the amount in two Instalment (Rs20000+4600) total Rs24600/-
This matter didn’t stop here. Another manager with the name of Neha called me and instructed that she will handle our queries on behalf of Ayan. And told us to contact her in any issues. She also told me that we have not SSL, fast of paid another x amount so that our work will get processed otherwise the company won’t do any work.
After paying them Rs36400/- It was a hung amount for me and have to take a loan again to Pay your company. After these payments, your agency changes the executive Dealing with us and the new personnel starts demanding more money to complete the work and demands in the case of non-payment the services won’t be provided. And that would result in all the amount in vain. This is a kind of fraud activity that happened
Please do not trust the company, Only core intention cheat to public and earn money.I have already lost the entire amount and my time.
