I’ve booked this return flight on Yatra.com and airline gofirst. On May 3 I received a message from airlines stating the flights has been canceled due to operational issues. I asked them for full refund. Airline has shared me a confirmation email of full refund transferred to agency(yatra.com) but Yatra has not yet issued me any refund so far. I urg you to please look into this and help me as I really have further bills to pay 🙏🏻
