I was booking flight from Yatra.com (desktop) as guest user from LKO to BLR. My payment got deducted but the ticket was not booked. Yatra team is not responding. I've already shared bank statement with them. email id which i entered was [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no. was [protected] .
Date of incident : 15/06/2023 .
I am requesting them to refund my ticket price which was deducted.
Bank statement of transaction is also attached with this complaint.
