Hi, I sent out a shipment from Bangalore to Mumbai on 7th November and was told that it would be delivered by 11th Nov. On the 10th Nov. it said 'out for delivery' and then on the 11th it said 'Not delivered'. Can you please let me know why it was not delivered and when you will re-attempt delivery?

I shipped a package from Chennai to Dehradun via DTDC express service and it was supposed to be delivered on 9th nov 2023 but it has still not been delivered. My package ( Tracking No: U26559565, Booking Date: 28 oct 2023) was supposed to get delivered today (30th October 2023) to Agra (Pin Code: 282006.

But in DTDC tracking website, it is now showing "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))".

The address provided is definitely correct and the delivery person did not even call once on the phone number provided.

I have sent a courier from Indore to Chennai (Zip-600042) on 18th Oct with the consignment number D77914528 it suppoesed o deliver on 4 Oct and its alost 28 Oct. I gave 2 numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me and when I am trying they ar not giving any accurate or satisfied answers on delivery. I can only see status changes they didnt even tried delivering it....

My shipment was to be delivered on 27th October and it showed that it was out for delivery. But it was later showing that I requested the delivery on another date whereas no contact was made with me in this context. I WAS AT HOME AND MY MOBILE WAS ON ALL THE TIME. via DTDC Courier.
The tracking no. shows that the parcel has been delivered at my address but I never got a call from anyone suggesting that the courier is being delivered. Also, no other person at my home has received it.

The product dispatched by Visit organisation was picked up ob 17th of June 2023 and tracking ID provided to sender Z17204181.
