I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order from Myntra. I purchased a pair of jeans, but they didn't fit me. I promptly initiated a return request within 15 minutes of receiving the product. However, the delivery person refused to accept the return, claiming that the color didn't match. He instructed me to contact customer service and report that the product was different, which I did, even though, in my opinion, the product was as described....

I've ordered dressberry perfume 2 sets, where 3 perfumes in one package, totally 6 bottles. I've been delivered with only 2 bottles. . I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with my recent experience regarding an order I placed with Myntra.

On 02.09.23 I ordered a trouser through your platform, and upon its arrival, I was sent the wrong size. Naturally, I initiated an exchange process immediately. Little did I know that this would be the start of an extremely frustrating ordeal.

I have ordered 2 Cortina sofa covers of charcoal grey colour from Myntra together but I was delivered light grey items. I have recieved wrong product and I had been requesting for the pickup since 27th September.

I'm facing persistent delays from Myntra in pickup of my 2 orders despite numerous attempts to coordinate via customer service.

Everytime i reach out to CS they push my pickup to nxt week and keep giving me false reassurances and ask me to wait for 24-48hrs every time I call.
They will also close the ticket issue at help centre marking issue as resolved.

I Ordered Two Items from Myntra for which the delivery partner was EKart Logistics. I Ordered it on 13th October which was promised to be delivered by 20th October. The product i recieved didn't have price tag/seal tag attached to it. I want to return the product but Myntra is not accepting as it doesn't have the tag.

How can I provide the tag when it was not attached to it?

Why should I suffer and bear the loss when it's Myntra who haven't attached the tag....

I have ordered a INCH 5 Women Open Toe Flats, Size 38(EURO38) on 15th october but when i get the deilvery agent number he said i will deliver it in tomorrow morning. We ordered one kurta from Myntra and they marked it as delivered on 10th Oct but it was never received by us.

The delivery attempt was made but we could not pick up the call. No conversation happened between the Myntra delivery executive and us about that product. That doesn't mean that it was delivered.
