1.5 T Whirlpool Magicool 3s Inverter Ac — different model received

We have placed order ID-OD[protected] amounting Rs 32990/- for Whirlpool 1.5 T magicool 3star Inverter Split AC on 23rd may. And I received on 30th may but it was different model. So I requested it for replacement trough your replacement policy. After technical verification and all it was supposed to pick up by 6th June but till date it was not done. Again yesterday I lodge the compliant through customer care no. then I got, that it was cancelled.

How disgusting it is!!! what is your services?? No checking system.

Such in hot season how my family is surviving, I know only. My humble request to you kindly to please replace it immediately without any delay its already almost 26 days been passed away for my order.
