Want to port out 2 BSNL prepaid connections ([protected], [protected]) but on sending port xxxxxxxxx SMS to 1900, I am getting response "request for upc for your mobile no. could not be processed. please retry after some time". Getting this on both my mobiles numbers. Every SMS sent for requesting UPC codeis costing Rs. 1.20 even though I have 300 free SMS. Raised a compliant on BSNL app too, however pending resolution....
