I had purchased "Relax Plan" from them. But they are highly unprofessional. The RM allocated to me didn't bother to understand by urgency and requirements. He was always on "Auto reply" mode.
Even after escalating the issue to the higher authorities there, the quality of services remained extremely poor.
They are simply fooling people and I would not recommend anyone to use their any kind of services....

Amount was debited from my account. but order was not accepted.
I went to KFC outlet at Phoenix mall Chennai on 9th July 2026 at 6.26 pm.
I selected some items and started to pay that bill amount 951.90 by Axis bank debit card.
The payment was done and that amount was debited from my bank account. But KFC machine did not accept and didn't release order copy.

I was waiting at the Singh More Ranchi signal to turn green and behind there was the white colour Hyundai Aura (JH-01-GJ-9781) yellow number plate.
