My consignment was sent from Ajmer to Saudi Arab on 18th of February 2026. I tracked my parcel today on 25th of February and it show the date of 20th February and the parcel is in Jaipur.

I have tried several times calling the helpline but after asking about the language choices it hungs up. Please help. Thanks...

I raised a refund request on Goibibo site for cancelled flight by akasaair. I tracked the status on the site and it is showing 'No refund is applicable for this booking' but airline confirmed that amount is already refunded to the agency on 10 Feb but I didn't receive it yet.

The promised delivery date was 12 Feb 2026.
