Ear sir / madam,
I had placed the below order on 29th nov, 2017. The quantity ordered was for two units.
The parcel was received on 5th dec, 2017 from e-com express courier service. But the actual quantity received was only one unit.
Prepayment has been made for two units as can be referred from the below mail.
So, pl make it a point to either refund the excess amount charges for the second unit, or deliver the second unit at the earliest.
Prompt action is expected from your end, else we would have to take further stringent action.
