1987 — street dogs problem

Dear sir
In our area... Block no 40 khatodra colony gandhi nagar vibhag udhana. Sir there is big problem of street dog... They much as much barking at midnight... Playing garbage in road and create voilence... And sir spread dirtiness in whole road... Today sir it 2.00 clock they braking continuesly and today this night is sleepless. For me... They spread voilence in society... Bcoz sir if any people saw in area alone they start braking...
And one of them 1 people they bite also...
... Plz sir do something about this...
This is a major problem sir...
