1win — I havent recieved my money

I have made an account on 1win i deposited 5000rs and i have total balance of 6000 rs i applied for withdrawal but they said withdrwal will be done within 48hours but i havent recieved after 48 hours and i have complaint them but they said they cant assist with this matter . please help me to get my money as soon as possible
