20 Block Residents — unauthorized rwa

Address: 20 Block D.D.A FLATS, DAKSHINPURI, New Delhi, Delhi, 110062

Hi team,
We are the residents of 20 block dda flats dakshinpuri, new delhi-110062. Rwa members (President (Mr. Manoj parcha), pro (Mr. Gyan chand pawar) is in active and charging rs. 200. From all block owner/renter for block maintenance.

But they are failed to manage the work. Its really a mess. They refused to work due to which i have to shout.

They are taking all decision by self like cctv, staff less. Currently, they have removed house keeping and from last many months, guard does everything but guard never available on chair.

Actually issue :- not ready to give expanses details on monthly basis or last one year (Which we also ignoring due to rwa association/threat)
They are not interested to resolve any issue.
Not ready to share any association's bank account since 1st day.
Never they react on any complaint whenever its raised. And
Takes all decision without society consent. From last one year,
If some one deny to give money she started yelling at him or her & even start threatening like stopping water / electricity. Its like we are living in a jail instead of rwa.

Even we lodged complaint at ambedker nagar police station for just information, but not solution come yet.
