He ordered a trimmer from the above company of RS 650/- which was not delivered yet and he received a call from the company side and they said he won the iPhone so for that he asked him to pay the TDS so he paid RS 9800/ + 9800 for 2 times via Phonepe again they asked for RS 12, 386/- so he paid it, again they asked for RS 5, 000/- for packing charges, so he made it payment and they promised before the all payment that the amount is refundable. He doesn't have any proof of the winning price.
The consumer wants to informed us he wants his full amount refund of 38086.
