I had booked for the AC repair for which the job was completed and it was paid on site. I was promised bill and warranty for 6 months for the job done (replacing Cooper coil in an inverter AC). However, after service my AC stopped working and neither the company nor the technician who serviced responding and just passing the bug. I made the dozen of calls to the customer care the only response I get it is you will get the bill and we will arrange for the service. It has been 5 days. The customer care executive was neither ready to give email ID nor the address of the office. Also, he is threatening me that 'Do whatever you want to Do and file the case if you want to, we are not afraid of anyone'. Is this the Goon's company? All the customer executives from this company are having the same attitude that shows they just do fraud with the customer.
