I have booked for an AC service 10days ago and i have been charged Rs:4500/- and the executive has failed to service perfectly and charged me the total amount saying he will come back if any problem arrises and we even have warranty for this service and upon asking for bill he said the company will send through whatsapp.
After executive leaves within 30min my AC stops working and upon calling the Executive multiple times everyday he says he will be coming the next morning and failed to come all these days. He says he has bookings somewhere and there was a festival one day and one day it rained so he was all the time telling excuses till 2 days back.
Now he stopped lifting calls completely. And i have been calling customer care again and they seem not to care at all, they listen to everything i say and at last they say we are not hyderabad branch and ask me to call the hyderabad branch and there is no such number for hyderabad.
There is only 1 number for the entire country, I expalained the same to the customer care they give me JUSTDIAL number and make a fool of me.
I have issue with 24x7customerzcares.co.in and when i called them they give me an other search engine company platform JUSTDIAL customer care number.
This is serious Fraud and Cheating they are doing but scamming people by sending all fraud executives and collecting money and skipping away by avoiding calls and and scamming people
