On April 01, 2022 at 11:15am I got a SMS saying Thank you for booking a shipment with Blue Dart. Please click on the link to claim your assured Spykar gift: https://360inex.com/bluedart. I thought it was the genuine link because on 31st March, 2022 I genuinely booked a shipment via Blue Dart and I thought it is genuinely from Blue Dart.I clicked on the link and ordered Spykar Duffle Bag on April 01, 2022 at 11:27:16 AM. I paid Rs 706.82. Payment Method used was PayU Payment Gateway. After the completion of my order I received the confirmation mail saying " Your Transaction with www.360inex.com/bluedart was successful" also with the following details of my order :
Transaction ID : BLU024427
Merchant: www.360inex.com/bluedart
Amount Paid: Rs 706.82
Order Date:[protected]:27:18
Also further saying
For any information pertaining to the status of your order, please contact www.360inex.com/bluedart
I have send many mails but they are least bother to reply back.
In my Spam folderI received one more order confirmation mail from Sales using subject as Your 360 In Ex order confirmation.This mail was from 360 In Ex Creation Put Ltd. company saying " Thank you for your order from 360 In Ex. Once your package ships we will send you a tracking number. If you have questions about your order, you can email us at [protected]@360inex.com" along with all my order details and bill payment details.I mailed them but they are least bothered to reply back.
I would like to file a complaint against this fraud company and website. I would like to request you to please take a strict action against this fraud company and website to avoid further severe frauds and request you to kindly please help me in getting my refund back at the earliest. I'll be very grateful to you.
