One of the worst and cheating company in chennai. They have no proper house owner. All the properties are owned by them. No proper car parking. No usable water. No proper drainage facility. They cheat people telling them we will manage your property and rental, but to me it's a fraud company. They will say no brokage but they will have separate people who will give you all fake promises and make you pay the brokage. After you read the agreement, you can see it's mentioned as non brokage. They cheat on your money by putting late payment charges. That too weekly 500. They won't return full advance payment. They will charge you for plumbing, electricity, carpentor, cleaning etc etc and finally pay you nothing. Be very careful. It's a fraud company just keep in mind before contacting them.
