I am a HDFC customer. I received an offer in Offers section of my net-banking portal regarding Spykar items and the offer was from an E-Com site, https://360inex.com/hdfc. I ordered Spykar Ladies Watch LW-6795 on 16th March, 2022 (Order #HDC026500). I received my order confirmation email. I paid through HDFC net-banking. The company said that they will send the tracking number soon but till date I have neither received my order nor i have received any tracking number. I have sent reminders to the company but the company is not responding. Please do the needful
