4rabet.com website blocks all the winning money, saying they cant cooperate with us. This is the biggest gaming scam happenning in india. How can we raise complain against them?

I havent done anything wrong, still they are saying they cant cooperate with me.

Updated by chandradas I gone through the comments in the website, and understood i am not the only one who have faced this. They simply grab money from people. How can these kind of companies work in India ?
