This is Sukumar, I have an account with 4Rabet account. Recently they started promoting in Youtube channels where we enrolled it and played the game post deposits from us.
Post the winnings via their online games, they blocked the account for withdrawal and asked for documents with selfie video stuff as a part of KYC. We have been requested to send it to [protected]@4rabet.com
Post submission also they are unable to process the account and make it validated. Incoming money transactions to the account are not blocked while the withdrawal is not blocked.
customer support doesn't know what to do, they keep telling us that please wait and keep extending the no of days.
I have seen some of the complaints related to this and there is a person who asks for reply of the situation to telegram ID " nick @help4rabet_supoort"
