4Rabet — Email verification error to withdraw funds

Website: 4Rabet gaming application.

Hi sir, I had played this app with my registered email address and I can't withdraw my money back which I add after playing I want to withdraw but it's not happening so I wanna file a legal action against this. They don't send email for verifications and again they ask for email verification for withdrawing the funds.
