4Rabet — I have deposited money on 19th January but not showing on my 4rabet account

I have deposited money on 19th January but not showing on my 4rabet account. No any solution from 4rabet chat and mail id . Plz take action against it and refund my money on my bank account as soon as possible. Fraud app.
