My name is Arun I am costumer of 4wayshop I am very disappointed with the services which your company employees have promised me about the product. And after the payment has been made there is no initiative were taken by your employees to update me . I am always have taken initiative for the updation.
Ex :-I have shared my pattern of thing but no one is taken initiative to tell me that this pattern is available or not .
And the way your customer service representative is behaving with me for confirmation kindly check the recording other wise I will provide u recordings of the same
The things which I receive is the same thing which you have available. So why your employees have said plzz share your pattern.And they are in such situation that it is send to a illiterate pensioner or poor men.
I am very dissatisfied with the company I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible
I think u will take action soon-or I will take action. I advise you to check recoding how your customer service representative talk to people.
