[Resolved]  4WIN Consultancy — Fraud for Job, cheated with an amount of Rs. 35000.00

Before 4month, a person, Saurabh Bansal having gtalk id. [protected]@gmail.com had chat over gtalk regarding job, that he will help me to get new job within 2weeks, with a handsome package. But there will be some charges as commission and took Rs. 35000 in cash in August 2013. Now it’s more that 3 months and I got neither that job nor my money back. In November he issued two cheques for rs. 10000 and then after 10 days 25000 that, he will repay in installments. But a cheque for an amount of rs 10000 got rejected due to insufficient balance 02 times. He had no balance in his account. Not even this now he is not responding, neither on gtalk not over phone. He cheated me he is a no. 1 fraud person. Whenever I went to meet him he told me lie that he is not available although he was there and give message that he is outside. So i want some help. if you can please help me in this regard. How to recover my money back from that cheater??? he should also get punished so as he can't able to cheat peoples in future, because he had cheated few peoples before also.
