My name is Nilesh and we went for a dinner at 5 spice restaurant in malad (w) on 5th May 2014. we ordered few dishes and in one of our dish we found one worm in the vegetable. it came in my wife's plate while she was having the food.
when we saw that worm, we have shown that worm to Manager Gagan rai. he aplogies and he has thrown that dish.
I talked to the Bandra branch about this issue but there is no reply yet.
