7 Intelligence Pvt Ltd — Refund is not done

I have attended event conducted by Rohini Mudra on 10th Aug 2019 in Bangalore on the topic "XtraOrdinary Speaker’s Academy".
In this program they were selling the course for becoming coach and Speaker. The fees for the course was around 1 Lakh rupees. They forced me to pay for the course and I have paid advance amount of 35400 from credit card. I was not informed about 18% GST and Refund policy. Next day, I had requested for the refund as I am not willing to join, they denied to refund later provided refund amount only 19, 500.
Please help to get remaining amount.
