I have attended an introductory seminar in chennai on 9/12/2018 by rohini mundra. Where she introduced someone claimed to be founder of just dial and told he has been mentored by rohini and as a payback he wanted to sponsor 15 participants partly with a 45000/- who book this program on the spot. This attracted most o[censored]s to rush for the program. But got little doubtful when she come back after that man went told that its only for the first 8 people. Still people rushed to book on the spot with ₹ 17770/-
2) she didn't tell any one there openly the rules and regulations for those paying on the spot. Such as when should the balance to be paid etc. But after paying the initial amount, her man, mr. Pradeep told i should pay the entire amount within 7 days, which made me very upset.
3) i paid ₹ 2999 for vip ticket, but no such vip treatment apart from a cheap meal.
4) the program cost split off showed on screen was ₹ 10000 as travel expenses, which she personally offered me when asked for a waiver, if i could arrange my travel myself. I agreed for the same. But the mail i got after that, insisting the same, offered a waiver of around ₹ 5600 saying actual flight changes only can be reduced.
5) after they said 7 days, i got a message from them stating i'm not eligible for the sponsorship and hence liable to pay 1.25 lacs plus tax less the initial payment. But the same day evening mr. Pradeep called me and said that my name is in hold, still i can make the reduced payment. But not ready to hear my complaint about the travel expense waiver. I agreed to pay the next morning if he can send an email about what he offered me orally for a confirmation. Again after 3 days he called me and told i'm not keeping my word.in reply i told you people lied and i'm not interested further & hence asked for the refund. He told its not their policy to refund. I asked for a written statement for the same. Till now i didn't get the reply.
