Hello sir my name is Hanee .Before 4 days a girl call me for data entry job and tell me that you will get 35 rupees for one form . do you want to work ? And i say yes after that she didn't tell me term and conditions and this is a task work and i have to complete this 700 form in 7 days and after taking my digital signature on this agreement now they demand for money because i can't completed that task and if i don't pay them than thay threaten me for court case
And they demanding for money 6000 and after one day they demand 28000 and I ask for their gst no. And govt. Approved certificate but they don't give me any satisfied answer their contact no. are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]

I give her my all details but later I asked her that-- Is it a paid service job? . She said no it is not a paid job only registration fee is there which you didn't have to pay now, later it will be deducted within your 1st salary . I asked her about all queries and questions . After some time I called on two numbers which was given by Miss.dolly (her) . I called on that number but they also didn't tell me about the terms and conditions and about penalty amount and that all...
And a day later she is telling me that if you didn't submit or leave the task or fail in project then you have to pay penalty amount and this is a task work. I have to complete this 700 form in 7days and after taking my digital signature on this agreement. Now they are demanding me to pay money . Behalf of this, I completed that task within working 6 days and on the 6 day I completed all forms and get ready to check all the forms . I checked and submitted on u day at 2:30am at night I submitted it before the submission day . I did a great work with my full confidence because I check that all forms before the submission . I really sacrifice for this work when she said that I don't complete work I have to pay for it which I don't know later some days she told me about the paid . Some days later I found my result they just failed my Qc . I got angried because with my full effort I did that work and I know with my Fully confident that above 650 my forms are correct and I m sure for this. When result begin, What I have filled that is right which is in the photo and some of forms they change photos too . So I confidently find that this is a fraud company . They cheated on me, this is a fraud service. In the evening I received a call from the company I told that dolly didn't tell any terms and conditions to me, and the company recruiter telling me that this doesn't matter ...say what doesn't matter ? THIS IS A FRAUD JOB, THEY USED ME FOR THEIR WORK COMPLETION .
I completed the work also but they didn't provide me my salary for this.
!! FRAUD !! !! FRAUD !!
Later if I don't pay them than thay threaten me for court case and sending that a legal case is against you . They are just threatening me and sending the case numbers ID, do hire a lawyer, address of court ...and that is all fake
The company address is also FAKE.

And I found on the main site of ECOURTS that there is no case running on me . THIS IS A FAKE, FRAUD JOB, FAKE CASE NUMBER, HERE ALL IS FRAUD, FAKE SMS, FAKE LEGAL CASE
After taking my digital signature she informed me that if you didn't submit or leave the task then you have to pay penalty amount. I have to complete this 700 form in 7days. She never informed me that if you didn't got 90% then you have to pay. If she had informed me this before, i would then and there say no to this work.. Now they are demanding me to pay money. Behalf of this, i completed that task within working 6 days and on the 7th day i completed all forms and get ready to check all the forms. I checked and submitted before the time given to me on project.. I did a great work with my full confidence because i check that all forms before the submission. After few days i found my result, they just failed my qc. I got angried because with my full effort i did that work and i know with my fully confident that above 630 my forms are correct and i am sure for this. But they said 90 forms are wrong. Which was completely wrong. So i confidently find that this is a fraud company. They cheated on me, this is a fraud service.in afternoon i received a call from one unknown number he introduced himself as an advocate and said he is filing a case in surat court and i need to come with my lawyer.. Huh, which company does that just within a week period... This is a fraud job, they used me for their work completion.
I completed the work also but they didn't provide me my salary for this.
