[Resolved]  [protected] — resolving my concern

My complaint regarding fastag toll collection at paranurtoll gate posted on 19.01.20 has not yet been resolved. Even through it is marked as resolved. I have hdfc fastag. My car number is tn07bv3569. On 19.01.2020, i crossed paranur toll gate at 11.00 hrs heading to vedanthangal and returned that day evening by 06.30 hrs. For multiple trips in a single day, the toll collected should have been ₹90. But in my case the toll amount collected was #120. My above concern is not yet resolved. Kindly arrange to resolve at the earliest and refund the excess amount deducted.
