I received an email from consumercomplaints after submitting a complaint on freecharge transaction asking for refund. I was instructed to approve another payment to verify my google pay account so that refund will be done to it. I did as was told and cash got debited again. I've now lost 1851+1851 rs. Please help. I need my money back. I'll attach the email communication.
I called to the number in the email yesterday and they told me to do as instructed, so i did. Now they're not picking up. Please resolve the issue asap. I need my money back.
