[protected] — no update on ticket

I have raised the couple of ticket (Ex. Jul 2018, feb 2018 etc..) via consumercomplaints.in portal about the airtel internet slowness issue but still there no any update on ticket. The support team are not providing proper update on it. If the support team will not handle the complaint properly then what is the use of this forum?

Kindly do the needful on this.

Without proper solution why did you resolved tickets
