This is regarding the Platinum membership that I have taken with 99acres.
I am very disappointed with your services and I didn't really expect this kind of service from a company like you.
I will NEVER EVER recommend services from 99acres to anyone !
Shivika was assigned as my relationship manager[protected]. She was only after my life till I took the membership. Then she checked with me just maybe two or three times. I had told her that all the responses that I am getting are people who are just trying to view the property online and none of them are really interested or prospective buyers. She said she will look into it but now her number is not reachable. Someone by the name of Neha[protected] also contacted me and told me to save her number for any future reference. I tried reaching her multiple times. She is not reachable. Also, have Shivika and Neha vanished in thin air ?
It's been more than a month since I posted this property on your website after taking membership, there has been no response. All responses when I call them say they haven't expressed interest. Which means either people are so confused with property sites and Social media like instagram and FB that they express like on this also or else you guys have a system wherein a person just views a property and the owner gets the message that the person is interested. So it looks like lead generation but nothing really is happening with that.
This also clearly shows that you guys just take money and get people harassed by calling them continuously.
I will escalate this issue and ensure that you guys are taken to task.
Request you to refund my money and let me know the procedure to do that. I did not register for fake services !! Was this information helpful? |
