I tried to place an order of rear brake pads for my car, fiat linea tjet, on 18.06.2020. I made payment through net-banking from onlinesbi.com. My order #[protected] is showing as pending instant payment, despite successful payment. My online transaction reference no is. Igaiurwsn5 for amount rs. 6706.
I have mailed 99rpm.com three times asking them to kindly give me confirmation whether my order has been placed or not.in reply, i am getting generic replies and not my order specific. Their is no contact number on their website. Only mail and address is given.
I would like to have my amount refunded.
I tried to file a complaint at onlinesbi.com also against the merchant transaction igaiurwsn5, but the bank is also not responding. No ticket has been generated against my query.
Kindly help me.
