I have placed an order in 99rpm.com valued at Rs 2, 207 including Delivery charge .This order was never delivered .when i checked the courier partner which delhivery, then mentioned in the status that the shipment was returned.
I have send multiple emails to the 99rpm.com but there is no response.I have requested a refund and the amount is not yet credited to my account.
The only way the contact this company is via this email id [protected]@99rpm.com. but no one respond to my refund request.
Please take action.
