I am formally complaining about the airtel customer services which is so pathetic.
Even the senior managers and the escalations department Muskan from senior team is of no use. Its been 12 days I have been getting a push back and no resolution was provided.
On 13th April, I purchased a quarterly plan from airtel website where I did a part payment of 1000 for 3 months plan then I have been advised to pay remaining to the engineer, then on 15th april, engineer asked me to pay 1442/- for the remaining balance then I confirmed it from him that it is the remaining balance for three months plan he said yes... disconnection issues with my Airtel broadband connection for the past several days. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups with customer care, no proper support or resolution has been provided. This has caused major disruptions in my work and daily use.
I have clearly requested the customer service team to resolve the issue or cancel the plan and refund my money, but there has been no serious action taken... of wifi password by Airtel wifi team
