It is bring to your kind notice that above mentioned property bearing number “ a-13, main road gazipur village, delhi-96 near shiv mandir “ was sealed by mcd officials on 01/05/2018. The news was also published in a leading newspaper dainik jagran on 02/05/2018 with the caption “ atikraman & awaidh nirmaan par giri gaaj”. Owner dinesh sharma and narender sharma had broken the seal on the same day with the connivance of mcd and local police and even after they continued the illegal construction in the sealed property. Even after the property got sealed the owner continued to run a dhaba and automobile repair workshop in the sealed property. It is worthmentioning here that this property has been demolished twice but the same has been got constructed again. Further when the building was sealed they broke the seal and started illegal construction in the abovesaid sealed property and they have well furnished the sealed property and also broke open all the seals of the property. They have also rented out the sealed property on a handsome amount of “rs. 5 lacs”. These incidents had already been published in the leading newpapers twice which is also attached herewith with the caption “milibhagat ke khel se chal rahi awaidh nirmaan ki rail” & on dated 30/03/2018 with caption “neev par shikayat, manjile banne tak bhi karawaai nahi” which are also attached herewith. It is also bring to your kind notice that when the property got demolished due to the publication in the leading newspapers, only one floor was constructed. Now in the sealed property they continued their construction illegally and built the entire building upto 4 storeys illegally. The complaints were also made many times but in vain. No official paid any heed in this regard. No one came forward against them as they have their strong relations with criminals and some corrupt local polce officials & mcd officials are also involved in these illegal activities.
Fir should be registered against the owners and the property should be re-sealed immediately and strict actions must be taken against the owner, corrupt mcd and police officials.
