Sir/Madam,
Sanjay Nagpal who is agent at RTO Ghaziabad is not returning original RC, Form 28 of my vehicle. DL9CAT2265 swift. Dwarika RTO sell my car and contect to sanjay Nagpal for ownership transfer.. He take 7000 rupes and did not complet my work last 04 Month and dont pick my call nad not reply my watsup chat.
I had given my orignal RC of my car to Mr. Sanjay Nagpal ( Company Name - A-One Passport Services / Sanish Enterprise) for getting non utilisation certificate against NOC of my four. wheeler with registration no. DL9CAT2265
